Josh Wojcik is a builder and energy efficiency expert. He has been building energy efficient spaces in Maine for 13 years. After getting to know Munjoy Hill in the 90’s, Josh moved to “the Hill” in 2006 and has long recognized the unique qualities that make Munjoy Hill such an amazing neighborhood. You can find him on the job site just about every day.
Kat is a designer and a consultant on the Rifugio project. While her clients include Fortune 100 companies and organizations across the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom and the Caribbean, she is most passionate about her work with local nonprofits, Maine environmental and conservation groups, and climate change awareness organizations in the state.
